Josh Burton assists attorneys as a senior paralegal and maintains Bohm Law Group’s IT environment. Mr. Burton graduated with honors and perfect attendance from the ABA approved program at MTI College acquiring his Associates of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies. At MTI College, Mr. Burton received a Certificate of Professionalism and the schools highest awards – MTI College Outstanding Student Award and MTI College Master Student Award. In 2013, Mr. Burton was selected from the paralegal students in the region to receive the 2013 John O’Sullivan Memorial Scholarship from the Sacramento Valley Paralegal Association. Before leaving MTI College, Mr. Burton volunteered as a tutor to his peers and now returns regularly to MTI College as a guest speaker to talk with paralegal students starting their second year.

Mr. Burton was born in Colorado Springs and raised in the suburbs of Seattle. Before joining the Bohm Law Group, Mr. Burton served on active duty in the United States Army for five honorable years and an additional year in the Army Reserves. Mr. Burton was stationed in Alaska and Washington State. Mr. Burton completed a twelve‑month tour to Iraq, during which, he received the ‘Brigade Soldier of the Week’ award. Mr. Burton is a recipient of the Army Good Conduct Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, and the Army Achievement Medal. Mr. Burton graduated Distinguished Honor Graduate for his Advanced Initial Training class.
